Returns & Exchanges

At Strides Running Store, we want you to hit the pavement with confidence; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. All products must be in their original packaging and in unworn condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items back into their original shoebox or packaging, ensuring all tags and inserts are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
